Movement – Sitting v Smoking

8 hours of sitting is as bad as smoking.
Dr Hart’s recommendations –
3 hours per day … 1 hour at a time + 10,000 steps per day.
For me … today – 8:30 to 11:30 – sitting with some intermittent standing (walking from car to cafe, going to toilet, etc.)
8:30 – 11:30 – Sitting
11:30 – Standing
1:20 – 1:35 – Sitting
1:35 – Standing & Walking.
I will sit for dinner and I will sit on the couch tonight and read a book.
Growth – Half way through Barefoot Investor. Good accountability. Great read.
Wealth – Tied to Barefoot. Cleaning up some account info. The daily question for exceptional wealth is – Am I spending less than I earn?
Most Aussies are in the NO bracket.
