The 🎄 mad dash is showing no signs of slowing down. So in the words of @proctorgallagher I think we are wiser to CALM down instead of slow down.
Find ways in the busyness of life to CALM down … to bring calm.
Here are 4 ways to calm down amidst the chaos (I do these myself)
1, Meet with people – I know it sounds counter-intuitive. Catching up with someone meaningful will slow down the heart rate. I had lunch with @willbrookfarm today at @kouzina_byronbay and I’m the 90 minutes we spent together we touched our phones once. The rest was great conversation. Calm amongst the chaos.
2. Eat all meals at a table – Even when the meal goes quickly, it’s way more healthy than standing at the kitchen table or sitting on the Couch watching TV.
If you NEVER ever had another TV meal again, you would survive.
3. Breathe in the car🚗 – driving can be a great time for deep breathing. I like a 1:4:2 – there are so many to choose from!
4. Obvious ones – exercise will help you throughout the day. 🏃🏼♀️🚶🏻♂️Better diet will also help. 🍏🍇🥒Being around great people. And being in the chaos when it’s something you love can be rather fun.
